Sales Administrator

On behalf of one of our clients, a leading telecommunication company, we are currently looking for Sales Administrator to join their team.

What you will be doing:
•Order processing: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. This will include verifying order details, coordinating with other departments and updating records;
•Customer interaction: Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information and other inquiries. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues;
•Data entry: Input and maintain accurate information in the company's sales database or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This will include updating customer profiles, tracking sales activities and managing leads;
•Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as invoices, quotes, contracts and reports, ensuring that all documentation is organised and easily accessible;
•Sales support: Assist the sales team by providing administrative support, such as preparing sales presentations, creating sales reports and coordinating sales events or meetings;
•Managing referral partner relationships: Be the point of contact for our referral partners, including:
•Deal with incoming queries and distributing leads to relevant account managers;
•Using Salesforce to manage the current pipeline and ensure all opportunities include the relevant information;
•Be proactive and able to answer queries on billing services;
•Assist with the verification of the Commission Statements generated;
•Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels.
•Sales reporting: Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance metrics, identify trends and provide insights to the sales team or management;
•Coordination with other departments: Collaborate with other departments including finance and sales operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in support of the sales process;
•Quotation and pricing: Prepare and send price quotations to customers based on product and pricing information provided by the sales team. Ensure that quotes are accurate and aligned with company policies;
•Post sale: Follow up with customers after the sale to gather feedback, address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. This can contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

Ideally, your skills will include:

•Sales administration experience in a Technology environment is preferred, however, we will also consider graduates with commercial aptitude;
•Experience with CRM software is beneficial but not essential;
•Fluent written and spoken English is essential, additional European languages are an advantage;
•Some technical/engineering education or experience would be an advantage;
•Confidence, ambition, a desire for growth, lots of energy and passion;
•Experience working in a customer facing role;
•A confident communicator via telephone and email with high levels of organisation.
