Payroll expert

Duties and responsibilities:

Actively participates in the activities of the team:

· Maintaining and processing staff monthly salaries - calculation and payment of monthly remuneration, benefits, bonuses, social contributions, deductions, payroll sheets and processing of civil contracts remunerations
· Processing vacation and sick-leaves;
· Mandatory payroll related reporting to the tax authorities and communication with NRA, NSSI, NSI;
· Developing bonus schemes applicable to various categories of staff. Calculation of bonuses;
· Preparing reports and analysis for the needs of the management, proposes measures for improvement.

The successful candidate must have/be:

· Previous experience in the payroll administration – at least 2-3 years
· Excellent knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code and related legislation is a must;
· Strong planning and organisational skills and proven ability to multi-task with a focus on achieving results;
· Strong personal ethics, ability to manage confidential information and
· Excellent verbal and written English skills and proficient user of MS Office applications
· University degree in Economics, Finance, HR or other;

Skills/knowledge & experience that will be an advantage:

· Experience in working with Omeks;
· Experience in Personnel Administration role
