Currently, Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization is looking for a Market to Cash Team Leader.


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Provides high quality of accounts receivable, credit management and collections, claims & disputes services in a timely manner to countries across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business being part of CCH BSO trough out the managed teams.
- Implements collection, claims & disputes strategies to maximize recoveries and increase the quality of customer service.
- Works within corporate finance and credit policies, legislation and individual country specific tax and legal environment
- The role supports and interacts with both internal and external customers locally and internationally so the post-holder needs to be comfortable working in a multinational and multicultural environment


If you join us, some of your Key Responsibilities will be:

- Ensures monthly reconciliation of Receivables related general ledger accounts
- Controls the monitoring of collection portfolio for trends and warning signs
- Ensures proper collection, claims & disputes strategies are implemented and in place
- Ensures all credit management activities are done as per the credit policy within the SLA
- Ensures that processes meet business requirements in an automated and as user-friendly manner as possible as well as to maintain the right level of company's risk exposure
- Ensures achievement of customer service requirements and targets as defined by formal Service Partnership Agreements, as well as customer satisfaction surveys
- Manages team performance through metrics and key performance indicators
- Develops, recommends & implements action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
- Provides coaching, development and motivation to the team to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance
- Ensures achievement of customer service requirements and targets as defined by formal Service Partnership Agreements, as well as customer satisfaction surveys
- Supports the country change management processes


Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 3 years finance account management experience within a multinational environment
- Industry experience in Process Manufacturing and/or FMCG. Ideally experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business
- University degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field
- Working knowledge in the market to cash area will be considered an advantage
- Experience in people management & managing teams supporting key & complex customers
- Knowledge of established Finance business processes & finance technologies
- Previous experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent command of English
