Junior Finance Data & Reporting Specialist

As part of the Data & Analytics team, we:
Design and maintain impactful reports and dashboards, ensure data governance, and drive automation and process improvement. We collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and other business functions to transform data into actionable insights and help shape strategic decisions.

Joining us as a Finance Data & Reporting Analyst, you will:
Turn financial data into meaningful information by designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and centralized reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to identify needs and co-create sustainable data solutions.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing governance principles and compliance standards.
Automate processes and data flows using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate).
Provide training and guidance to colleagues on how to best use reporting tools and solutions.
Continuously improve reporting procedures and seek new ways to optimize data handling and visualization.

Our new team member needs to:
Hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or another relevant field.
Be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Have little or no experience in financial reporting, data visualization, or analytics. If you are passionate about it and determined to learn and grow, this opportunity is the right fit for you.
Have some experience with Excel or ERP systems. If you are familiar with Power BI, Power Query or data sources such as SAP, BW, SQL, Azure, Access, or SharePoint, could be a strong advantage.
Demonstrate strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and innovate.
