For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for - Sales Coordinator with Spanish or Italian with English (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle the coordination of day-to-day sales tasks and assist the sales team in their operations;
*Serve as a key contact point for Spanish or Italian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and
professional communication;
*Monitor order progress, manage timelines, and address client queries promptly;
*Compile and maintain accurate sales records, presentations, and internal reports;
*Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and meet customer expectations;
*Help deliver a positive customer journey by ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.
Requirements:
*Advanced level of Spanish or Italian, with strong English communication skills;
*Previous background in sales administration, back-office support, or customer-facing roles;
*Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach and great collaboration skills;
*Confident user of Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage;
*Highly organized, detail-conscious, and able to multitask under deadlines;
*Motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic and results-driven setting.
