For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – E-commerce Customer Sales
Advisor with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
*Help customers online - answer questions, solve issues, boost satisfaction;
*Guide buyers through product choices and checkout;
*Upsell and cross-sell - offer extra value with every call or chat;
*Keep records clear and up to date in the system;
*Work with your team to hit sales and service targets;
*Spot trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
*Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, or Dutch, plus strong English;
*Confident speaker and listener – love helping people;
*Sales mindset - enjoy reaching goals and earning bonuses;
*Fast learner - pick up tools and product info quickly;
*Can multitask - chat, search, type all at once;
*Available to work remotely with good internet connection.
