**Job Overview:**
We are collaborating with a fast-growing, ambitious organization in search of a skilled and proactive Call Center Manager. This role is crucial for supporting operations and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Call Center Team Lead in scheduling appointments for the commercial network.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and optimization.
- Ensure the successful execution and continuous monitoring of these strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for process management.
- Establish new structures and teams, and launch telemarketing initiatives.
- Manage budget, monitor P&L, and optimize operational costs.
- Oversee client databases and develop new sources for commercial leads.
- Cultivate and expand partnerships with external organizations nationwide.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within an outbound call center.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service processes and tools.
- Proven skills in team and project management.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in budget planning and financial performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting processes.
- Familiarity with client database management and acquisition techniques.
- Innovative and proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
