What you’ll do:

- Work on a variety of roles and perform full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection;
- Manage communication and partnership with hiring managers and leaders to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for these jobs;
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to reach identified target candidates and increase the candidate pool.

Requirements:

- Work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Real estate agent, Call center agent, or other position with lots of communication with people;
- Fluency in English;
- Ready to learn, hardworking and dedicated;
- Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and results-driven personality;
- Corporate or Agency recruiting experience is not a must but will be a plus.
