Lufthansa Technik Sofia LTD started its operations in October 2008. The company performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing B737 including B737 Classic and B737 NG.

In connection with our growth we are now looking for dynamic and motivated people who would join our team in the position of:

Business Process Expert

The role of the Business Process Expert is to:
• Ensure and support the design, implementation and improvement of Material Management Services for Commercial Base Maintenance;
• Develop, lead, support and consult projects, related to process improvement and/or achievement of the Product Division’s strategic objectives;
• Facilitate process workflow for better inter/intra-departmental collaboration on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases;
• Collect and document business requirements for projects, process improvement/automations or ERP changes;
• Support the Material Management department in development of Continuous Improvement initiatives using agile methodologies;
• Build up and develop the required Continuous Improvement and Project Management standards and coach other employees on required tools and methods (Agile project management, Lean methodologies etc.);
• Promote Team Spirit and Continuous Improvement culture within the department;
• Other tasks when required, e.g. to ensure communication or to support innovation activities.

To be successful with the role you need to obtain:
• Master degree in relevant area (e.g. business administration, information technology, economics, finance);
• Previous working experience in business process management / business analysis;
• Have very good project management, change management and process improvement skills;
• Strong analytical skills and data driven approach ;
• Track of experience in business requirement IT solution mapping;
• Creative problem solver;
• Experience with IT change management would be an advantage (SAP, JIRA, different BI software);
• Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong ability to make other people engage;
• Good facilitation skills.

• A track record of leading successful Change Management, large-scale Process Improvement / Transformation projects;
• Additional training or qualification in improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile project management, etc);
• International experience.
