When you join our team, you will:
Procure services and materials for the logistics subsidiary of Lufthansa Technik
Solicit, compare and evaluate offers for services and materials
Evaluate suppliers of goods and services, create and maintain long-term relations
Negotiate wholesale and retail terms and conditions
Observe market trends
Perform and optimize operational tasks. Archive offers and contracts
Monitor order conditions. Clarify and eliminate discrepancies
Coordinate suppliers’ requirements with the respective technical and accounting departments
Maintain a database with purchasing offers and orders
Assist with projects and reporting as necessary

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in the relevant field (technical or business administration preferred)
Completed commercial training or several years of relevant work experience
Excellent usage of MS Office, SAP R3 or comparable ERP systems
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, written and spoken
Negotiation skills, assertiveness
Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
High degree of problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills
Numerical and linguistic aptitude
Courteous, adaptive to a multi-cultural environment, committed to team results
Resilient towards professional pressure, willing to work flexible hours
