Once you join our team as Freight Audit and Billing Intern you will:
Prioritize and audit freight invoices within defined guidelines
Settle transportation costs and assign them to actual logistical events
Create electronic records of logistical events and issue transportation invoices
Perform assigned special tasks e.g. quality assurance, auditing of certain invoice types within a predefined time-frame and etc.
Check missing data with subcontractors, colleagues and clients
Interact with corresponding units within the organization

To be successful in the role you need:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Experience/knowledge in the field of Excel, SAP or similar software is an advantage
A background in finance, accountancy or logistics would be considered an advantage.
Good analytical skills.
To be responsible, details-oriented and cooperative
