We are looking for our client for a competent and motivated professional to join their team in the position:

Sales Assistant - ERP SAP

What will be your key responsibilities:
Organize, manage and monitor the workflow related machines and packaging materials sales;
Receive and handle together with the team all customer requests and orders for machines, and
consumables
Issue fact sheets for inventory level and achieved company sales using software products SAP and
QlikView;
Maintain a database on the local server related to quotations, requests, orders, calculations,
installed machines, sales and service contracts
Prepare and monitor together with outsourced logistic partner the complete logistics workflow
related to goods supply from suppliers to end customers, incl. the lead and delivery time in a
supply chain management;
What experience should you have:
Higher educaion, degree in Economics or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales back office;
Excellent command, written and spoken, of English language - minimum level B2
Computer literacy - work with software products related to the position - MS Office, Secon, C4C,
QlikView, FSM.
