Regulatory Financial Specialist

Key responsibilities:

Participate in the bank's resolution planning.
Participate in the Resolution colleague meetings and discuss the working priorities with the Regulators
Prepare and submit accurate regulatory and financial reports in accordance with central bank, IFRS, and local requirements, ensuring timely compliance with supervisory authorities
Contribute to capital planning processes, including ICAAP, capital adequacy calculations, and capital trajectories
Analyzing liquidity needs, optimizing capital structure, and managing the full funding lifecycle – from planning to monitoring
Participate in discussions with Funding providers like Guarantee schemes, Insurance funds, etc
Collaborate with Risk and Compliance teams to align reporting with capital, liquidity, and regulatory requirements
Monitor regulatory developments and lead updates in reporting frameworks, while participating in projects for automation, standardization, and system enhancements
What experience should you have:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience in regulatory reporting or financial controlling within the banking or financial services sector will be an advantage.
Fluency in English
Good understanding of Excel
Experience with SQL and BI would be considered an advantage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, adaptable, with high attention to detail
