For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for –Customer Service Representative with Azerbaijani or Slovenian, or Czech, or Slovak.
Responsibilities:
*Provide friendly and clear support to help customers solve issues with their personal devices;
*Respond promptly to inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring customers feel heard and
valued;
*Identify and fix device problems to deliver a smooth and satisfying experience;
*Keep accurate records and follow up to make sure customers’ needs are fully met;
*Collaborate with teams to quickly resolve concerns and continuously improve service;
*Stay informed about product updates to offer helpful and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in Azerbaijani or Slovenian, or Czech, or Slovak (C1) and English (B2);
*Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus;
*Strong problem-solving skills and a caring, customer-first attitude;
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in a simple and
polite way;
*Quick learner with basic technical knowledge to assist effectively;
*Team player, organized, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
