For one of our clients – a company offering superb services in the BPO field. We are looking
for communicative, organized and active and empathetic listeners for the role Customer Care
Specialist with English - FTE or PTE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Guiding customers through the installation and testing process of their new alarm system;
* Remotely programming alarm equipment for customers;
* Assisting customers in testing their alarms by assessing the clarity of speech and pendant
battery strength;
* Helping customers with basic troubleshooting of alarm equipment and GPS-enabled
wearable devices
* Escalating technical issues to the UK-based customer service team when necessary:
* Monitoring automatic alarm signals and resolving power or battery-related issues;
* Recording and updating all customer interactions in a CRM system and ensuring customer
records are complete, relevant, and up-to-date;
* Entering data into relevant systems and creating or updating accounts.
Requirements:
* Strong English skills (C1 level);
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to show empathy;
* Great organizational and multitasking abilities;
* Good computer literacy;
* Availability to work on weekends;
* Previous experience in outsourcing or customer service is a plus.
Our client offers:
* Working hours organized during the day (13:30 - 22:00h, Monday to Sunday);
* One week of initial training (the first day is 10:00 - 18:30h, and the rest are 13:30 - 22:00h);
* Attractive salary (first increase after the probation period) and;
* Full-time employment and paid days off;
* 100 BGN monthly bonus from given from the start (at the employer's discretion) and 60
BGN monthly food vouchers.
