For one of our clients – a fast-growing company, working some of the biggest projects on the
market. We are searching for bright, polite and customer-focused people for the role of
Customer Care Agent with French or German and Italian.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.);
* Implementing system changes and keeping everything up-to-date;
* Assisting customers through various channels (inbound calls and messages);
* Analyzing and resolving customer queries;
* Escalating faults or calls to other departments.
Requirements:
* Customer-focused mindset and approach;
* Must have German or French at C1 level and Italian at B2/C1 level;
* English proficiency at B1 level is required as well;
* Strong organizational and communication skills;
* Willingness to work shifts and good knowledge of MS Office.
