their outstanding services. We are looking for approachable, flexible and upbeat people for
the role of Phone & Chat Support with French or German and English - Late Shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Educating customers on new products and services and furnishing supplementary details;
* Addressing diverse customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms;
* Proposing solutions and guiding customers through issue resolution processes;
* Striving to ensure a positive experience and attain customer satisfaction;
* Regularly updating records and ensuring thorough documentation of interactions;
* Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed.

* Proficiency in French or German with a strong command of English;
* Upbeat and approachable demeanor, proactive with a team-oriented mindset;
* Proficient multitasker, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
* Flexible and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic setting;
* Comfortable with technology, PC literate, and keen on learning new skills;
* Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
