Voice Support Associate with Polish, Danish or Finish and English (Part Time & Full Time)

variety of fields. We are searching for communicative, positive and team-oriented people for
the role of Voice Support Associate with Polish, Danish or Finish and English (Part Time & Full Time).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leasing with customers via tickets or calls;
* Noting patterns in issues and common questions, and reporting to the team lead;
* Listening actively and supporting customers with answers and solutions to their issues;
* Providing guidance, seeing the case through the end and aiming for customer happiness;
* Working closely together with other employees and aiming to maintain a supportive and
friendly working atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Fluent in Polish, Danish or Finish and English language;
* Customer-focused and eager to provide assistance and leave a positive impression;
* Confident conversationalist, able to identify and adapt to different customer types;
* Familiar with basic technologies, determined to learn and broaden existing skillset;
* Team-oriented and proactive, ready to jump in and support others when necessary.
