of fields. We are looking for organized, motivated and capable individuals for the role of Non-
Voice Safety and Compliance Coordinator with Turkish, Arabic, German or French and
English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Teaming-up with superiors to ensure a high-quality service is provided;
* Responding to customers and dealing with safety related support tickets;
* Upkeeping knowledge of safety and compliance guidelines;
* Handling tasks related to safety and enforcing compliancy with company’s policies;
* Working with safety supervisors on escalations and handling security incidents;
* Reporting issues and observed market patterns and keeping the information loop closed.

Requirements:
* Strong command of Turkish, Arabic, German or French and English language;
* Ready to work as a part of a collective and contribute to team effort;
* Motivated and eager to provide excellent support and meet company standards;
* Capable and reliable, organized and able to meet deadlines;
* Ready to develop, learn and show results.
