For one of our clients – a company offering a new perspective and a fresh approach to the
customer experience field. We are on a search for communicative, skilled and driven
individuals for the role of B2B Travel Assistant with German or Dutch and English - Hybrid option.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with business travel customers and discussing travel preparations;
* Providing high quality customer experience and striving to leave a positive impression;
* Assisting with hotel reservations and other possible travel related issues;
* Helping with flights and other modes of travel;
* Arranging everything and ensuring that customers are satisfied with mode of travel and
accommodation.

Requirements:
* Fluency in German or Dutch and English;
* Driven to improve personal performance and provide a quality service;
* Experience of minimum 2 years in travel or a similar field;
* Great communication skills, previous experience in customer service is a plus;
* PC user skills, familiarity with Travel GDS Systems is a plus.
