Customer Service Representative with English (Temporary contract)

Our partner in the coatings and specialty chemicals sector is looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join their international team on a 1-year contract. This isn’t your typical back-office position. You’ll be the main link between customers, sales, logistics, and supply chain teams, making sure orders flow smoothly and customers across half the world get what they need - on time and in full.

Your key responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders via email, phone, or internal channels
Ensure data accuracy and smooth order flow in the ERP system
Coordinate closely with logistics and transport partners for timely delivery
Communicate proactively with customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships
Support continuous improvement and suggest process enhancements

What you bring:
Experience in customer service or a client-facing role (considered an advantage)
Fluency in Bulgarian and English
Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
Detail-oriented and reliable, even under pressure
Positive, proactive, and open-minded attitude

Bonus points if you have:
Experience with SAP
Knowledge of Romanian
