Senior Solution Integrity Analyst - Finance

Job Purpose and Impact:
The Senior Solution Integrity Analyst - Finance deploys the SAP template and protects it’s stability and integrity with a focus on the Finance modules. In this role, you will govern and implement the SAP Finance software applications in alignment with architecture and business processes.
You will work closely with other Global IT teams in a collaborative and cross-functional environment to ensure that SAP technology-enabled solutions and services meet the needs of the organization.
This position is accountable for Solution Management within the Financial Accounting process area in alignment with the Global IT governance model and processes and must understand the integration impacts with other process areas for the TC1 (ECC) and TCA (S4Hana) instances.

Key Accountabilities:
Define and govern the SAP centric solution direction in accordance with architecture standards and business process leads.
Investigate complex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions together with internal and external partners.
Responsible for maintaining solution integrity through the course of the project including controlling scope, managing solutions for change requests and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases
Coach and guide partners and regional colleagues in the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, creation of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration and support deployment and cutover activities.
Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.
Contribute to the strategy and technical planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
Integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting, and security across a subset of the organization.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, MIS, computer science or equivalent work experience
4 years relevant business or IT experience in solution or service delivery positions

SAP functional and technical experience in one or more of the following:

Financial Accounting, statutory reporting, AP, AR, Tax Accounting, Asset Management, Treasury Management
Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions
Demonstrated experience in delivering significant large multiyear projects, capturing planned benefits and delivering on-time and on-budget
Proven and demonstrated conflict management, influencing, negotiation and consulting skills
Ability to translate business requirements into process, data and technological models and specifications in an efficient way for a highly complex and critical application
Ability to manage ambiguous situations
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a service environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
Ability to travel 15 to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of related work experience.
3 years of Sales, Sourcing and/or Trading experience in the IT environment.
Working knowledge with SAP in (the integration with) one or more of the following modules is a benefit:
Operations: MM, LE, WM, PP, QM, IBP, PM
Commercials: SD, MM, ACM/CM
