For their team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a Pre-sales customer support specialist who will support the analysis of potential customers in order to meet the business needs and corporate strategy.

Your responsibilities:

• Constantly communicate with customers from Direct Marketing and develop their potential; Create customer accounts;
• Allocate the customers to the respective Sales channel based on their potential;
• Provide feedback to the relevant person (source of information);
• Qualification of potential customers – qualify potential customers based on received information from internal or external source;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports – prepare weekly and monthly reports as evidence of the achieved results;
• Comply with all regional and local process procedures;
• Follows the regional standards for conducting a qualifying sales call;
• Make individual decision for the proper allocation of customers to the corresponding sales channel;
• On daily basis fill the required information in a special sales tool.

Your qualification and experience:

• Master or Bachelor Degree or at least 1 year experience on similar position;
• Strong customer orientation, excellent people skills and ability to manage various stakeholders;
• A high degree of credibility and integrity;
• Ability to work alone and take on tasks proactively and independently;
• Analytical thinking, organizational ability and attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of the market for courier services;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Bulgarian languages necessary);
• Computer literacy - MS Office, online based applications.
