The Business Analyst role is part of a small team of professionals dedicated to top-line controlling, reporting and analysis. The team acts as a link between Operations and Finance, translating operational performance into financial figures. Our daily work gives us a 360 overview of the business, making us trusted business advisers to both our peers and leadership. The role reports directly to the Manager Invoicing & BA.

Your responsibilities will include:
Daily communication with operational leaders, operations support staff and the finance team;
Monthly client invoicing using ERP software;
Annual top-line budget preparation and update on a monthly basis;
Actual vs. Forecast – root cause identification and analysis;
Performance reporting – operational and financial KPIs;
Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested;
Identifying (potential) threats to top line performance and escalate as required;
Proactively suggesting optimizations and business improvement initiatives;
Developing appropriate reporting mechanisms to communicate financial/operational results in a meaningful manner
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a similar role;
University degree in the area of Economics/Finance/Business studies;
Fluency in English;
Confident Excel user;
Team player, able to interact professionally with a diverse audience;
Strong motivation to learn;
Attention to detail;
Willingness to take responsibility and achieve results;
Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and draw conclusions;
Ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks;
Prior experience with ERP systems (considered as an advantage);
BPO experience (considered as an advantage).
