Social Media Analyst with German and English- София
The Role

Working with a world-leading brand, you will use social listening & monitoring to analyze data to report key insights as well as finding new strategic opportunities on social media. Liaising with different teams, both internally and externally, and using previous related experience, you will have the business acumen to discover and leverage opportunities for the client on social media.

A significant part of your role will be carrying out social media research and ensuring the insights you gather and the analytics reports you and the social media team produce are drivers for change and are factored into the client’s long-term strategy.

What are the key responsibilities?
Supporting various internal and external teams with knowledge of the social media landscape and cultural considerations in the local market
Setting up social listening queries and building social media dashboards, reports and insights
Ongoing analysis of emerging social activity to spot trends, threats and opportunities
Presenting project updates and analysis to various stakeholders with confidence and clarity
Continuously working to identify new technology options and other opportunities, and communicating those requirements clearly in a business case format
Provide upskill training to existing members of the team to share knowledge and create a succession plan

What you need?
Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
Strong analytical mind & passion for discovering insights from data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven marketing or data analysis experience is an advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
Team player with a great attitude
High school education

What would be an advantage?
Experience working with popular social media listening/monitoring tools (such as Netbase, Brand watch, Salesforce Social Studio, Nuvi etc.)
Experience in carrying out quantitative and qualitative research – with a focus on actionable insights and recommendations
Experience working directly with clients & reporting key insights to various stakeholders
