As an Automotive Technical Support Specialist, you will be the contact between dealerships, independent automotive repair facilities and customers to provide information and prior approval for automotive repairs in support of Company’s extended service contract business.

Your responsibilities will be related with:
Receiving inbound contacts via a web based application from dealerships regarding extended service contract coverage and providing repair adjudication per contract terms and contact handling processes;
Processing prior approval requests for repairs performed on vehicles covered by an extended warranty according to program guidelines;
Verifying cause of failure is covered under the service contract using probing questions if relevant;
Identifying when a requested repair is covered under another warranty, service contract, improper previous repair, or pre-existing condition;
Effectively negotiate required repair, part pricing and labour allowances when required.

We're seeking innovators who possess the following:
Fluency in English;
6 months experience in Automotive field is a must;
Ability to analyze repair shop claim information to determine contract coverage;
Excellent negotiation skills and consultative approach;
Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making;
