Job Description

We are looking for Business Intelligence Manager to help us define and drive our BI strategy, including short and long-term plans to provide strong visibility to key metrics. The BI Manager will be identifying and evaluating potential improvements in finance data, leveraging the solutions to drive efficiency and control throughout the Experian Global Finance Services (GFS).

· Build and drive the BI automation and process improvement strategy of the reporting capabilities across Global Finance Services globally;
· Drives standardization across the reporting tools and functionality used, and ensure alignment with regulations and Global Finance Services business strategy;
· Build, manage and drive a team of highly technical BI Analysts to implement BI tools and reporting capabilities to support internal business stakeholders;
· Grow and develop the BI team in line with Global Finance Services strategic growth agenda;
· Lead BI projects and manage the workload of BI Analysts, assigning tasks and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met;
· Build reporting and BI tools for Global Finance Services;
· Involve in planning, development, deployment and testing of information and reporting solutions with focus on efficiency and automation. The approach will take advantage of consistent data and reporting standards across Global Finance Services globally;
· Streamline BI process, explore and Identify automation opportunities for existing reporting processes
· Leading the team in helping business to drive operational efficiency by using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI to provision and analyze data, and enable self-service for end users.


· Qualified to degree standard; either in computer science, commerce or financial reporting.
· 3+ years of experience in a people management role;
· Experience working in an international environment and driving automation projects across different geographies;
· Proven work experience in system knowledge such as Oracle applications, Hyperion, OBIEE is an added advantage.
· Proven ability in running BI automation and continuous improvement programmes gained in a global complex, matrix organization;
· Proven achievement of finance and or business process improvement, process centralization and optimization for efficiency gain;
· Awareness of business planning techniques and tools to support the building of strategic plans;
· Expert in Microsoft Excel and Tableau knowledge; advanced standard is required;
· Possess financial acumen; including knowledge of reporting systems and financial processes;
· Great analytical skills and has the ability to handle mass information in an efficient manner;
· Strong problem solving, and analytical skills is essential;
· Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to stakeholder manage across remote locations;
· Excellent relationship building ability to create partnerships with stakeholders and teams;
