Customer Advisor / QA with Czech for NIKE

We are looking for a Customer Advisor with QA to join the NIKE team in a full-time role. This position combines customer support responsibilities with quality-related tasks, including helping improve Polyglot Czech translations and conducting audits as needed.
The main focus of the role will be on improving CZ translations in Polyglot and supporting consumers as a customer service agent. Based on current expectations, approximately 25% of the role may involve audit/QA activities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and quality improvement work in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support consumers as a customer advisor
Provide high-quality support to consumers across service channels
Resolve inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned manner
Deliver a positive customer experience that reflects NIKE values
Improve Polyglot CZ translations
Review and improve Czech translations for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Help optimize customer-facing language content
Identify recurring language issues and recommend improvements
Contribute to QA and audit activities
Spend part of the role supporting quality audits and reviews
Monitor communication quality and adherence to standards
Share insights and feedback to improve service performance
Requirements:
Language skills
Czech: B2
English: B2
Profile
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable balancing operational support and quality-related work
Ability to identify language issues and improve content quality
Team-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Nice to have
Previous experience in customer service, QA, auditing, or translation review
Experience working with multilingual content or support environments
Familiarity with brand tone and customer experience standards

3 days per week from the office
Preferred office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

€1,300/month fully loaded
Additional details
6-month probation period
