Electronic Banking Backoffice Advisor with French and English

Our new client is an innovative Financial Technical Start-Up. Their main goal is to create a useful product for those who want to manage finances in a smart way. We believe that great people are the key to a great solution that is why we are looking for the best customer support specialists. With your excellent expertise and people skills, we can create a place where every customer can feel special.

Our lines are open 9 a.m.- 12 а.m. Mon-Sun.

Your typical day:

• Answering customers’ non-voice requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience
• Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
• Collaborating with various teams and having direct impact on improving the product
• Representing the brand and building a trustful relationship with the customers

What you need to have is:

• Fluency in French and advanced level of English
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Work experience in a customer service environment is an advantage
• Experience with customer's claims, regulatory and government requests is an advantage
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, use of internet, e-mail and web-based applications)
• Be organized, have problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• High school education
