The Payroll Associate will be in charge of the overall payroll process in the company – labour organization, estimation and remunerationConcentrix is a leader in global business services with over 100,000 staff members worldwide. What will you do:

• Participate in and manage the collection, verification, processing, filing and monitoring of monthly payroll information;
• Calculate salaries, personal income taxes, and social security and health contributions, submit all required statements and declarations with the authorities;
• Works in active cooperation with the management team of the company and complies with the legal requirements of the employer in relation to the fulfillment of work duties;
• Collect and control from the operation managers the time and attendance forms for the respective months;
• Prepare different references for the personnel (vacation and sick leaves, summary working time, exc.);
• Actively partners with external parties and institutions;
• Adheres to the Internal Regulations document in the company, the „Code of Ethical Business Policy” document, as well as all other regulatory documents, rules and regulations, introduced by the cooperation;
• Observe confidentiality concerning wages and payments;
• Adheres the statutory deadlines related to employment, social security and tax legislation;
• Formulates individual annual business goals for the position and plays a major part in the assessment of the current and annual employees’ performance.

What we need:

• Significant working experience
• Strong work ethic and maturity and leadership qualities;
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to deal effectively in high pressure, dynamic situations with a large degree of autonomy and organizational skills in tasks’ distribution and monitoring;
• Ability to work to deadline while maintain quality of work and effective work relationship with team, internal parties and institutions
• Fluent level of English
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications
• Excellent knowledge of labor and social security legislation as well as internal regulations applicable
