When you join our team, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning IT strategies
Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement solutions that enhance business performance
Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities in the business
Ensure IT initiatives align with business priorities and deliver value
Facilitate communication between the business and IT teams, ensuring requirements are well-defined and understood
Advocate for business needs in IT planning and budgeting
Monitor IT service delivery and ensure business units receive the necessary technical support
Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption to drive innovation
Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management for new IT solutions

You match our need, if you have:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project/change management, governance or business analysis
Analytical mindset, service oriented behavior and excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enable them.
Excellent in English language (written and spoken)
To be a strong team player
Problem-solving and root cause analysis experience
Willing to travel to the network locations
Previous experience working in multinational environment;
Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud technologies, and data analytics is a plus.
