Data collection and customer support associate with German/French/Italian/Spanish and English

This position involves conducting outbound telephony surveys to gather valuable data while managing customer interactions effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:
Achieve an expected volume survey daily
Maintain compliance with provided scripts while demonstrating flexibility in responding to queries and managing customer queries
Record data accurately and efficiently using a typing speed that enables high productivity

Qualifications:
Proficiency in German/French/Italian/Spanish and English
Previous experience in sales or customer interaction roles is an advantage
Familiarity with motorcycles and electric vehicles will be considered a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to comply with scripted interactions while personalizing the conversation as needed
