Lufthansa Technik Sofia performs heavy maintenance checks on the Airbus A320 family and Boeing B737 including B737 Classic and B737 NG. The company is situated at Sofia airport and operates since October 2008.

We are looking for motivated and hard working person for the position of Staff Coordinator within Lufthansa Technik Sofia Ltd.

The Staff Coordinator is dealing as a central point of contact within Lufthansa Technik Group – Lufthansa Technik Sofia, Malta, Budapest, Shannon and Puerto Rico (LHT facilities), as our department is taking care of capacity distribution within the Network.

The primary role of the Staff Coordinator includes the following main functions:
• Ensures correct planning and distribution of own employees, according to the manpower requirements within LHT facilities and other external partners
• Monitoring and supervision of the process of recruitment, training and development of people in the department
• Assists in logistics provision of own staff within all LHT facilities and external partners
• Prepares on a weekly/monthly basis regular reports related to the activities of employee
• Coordinates working time specifics, needed documents and payroll information for the staff/employee
• Support department Manager on work related projects and activities

To be successful in the role you need to obtain:
• University degree in Business administration/ HR / Economics
• Fluent English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Previous experience with SAP would be considered as advantage
• High flexible person with ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time
