We are actively seeking Administrative Support Specialists working on-site from our office, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, who will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our client - e-commerce platform that links consumers with numerous partners, manufacturers, and brands, aiming to empower individuals to lead their best lives. Your day-to-day work will be connected to:
Efficiently processing and managing orders placed on the e-commerce platform;
Accurately entering and updating product information, pricing, and inventory data;
Handling back-end support for customer inquiries, order status, and issue resolution;
Managing the process of returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies;
Maintaining records of transactions and order details;
Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You will align well with our team if you possess:
Fluency in one of the following languages - French/ Spanish/ Italian;
Good English skills;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
Capability to identify the optimal solution for every situation;
Keen attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in active listening and demonstrating empathy;
Experience in cross-border e-commerce platform and customer service will be preferred.
