We are hiring Bilingual German-English speaking Junior Technical Support Specialist for our Logitech team working remotely in Bulgaria. You would have the opportunity to work side by side with people from all around the globe, providing support for customers of worldwide-known manufacturer and supplier of Peripherals, Gaming & Audio Devices, Web Cameras.

We're seeking innovators who possess the following:
Fluent level of written and verbal communication in German;
Very good level of written and verbal communication in English;
Treat tasks with priority and manage time efficiently;
Willingness to learn new technologies, expand knowledge and gain expertise in the information technology field.
What would you be doing?
Responding to customer’s requests through phone and email in order to identify and fix the problem;
Striving to leave customers satisfied with the service received and the outcome of their interactions;
Keeping customers informed, setting and following up on commitments, keeping precise case documentation and case ownership;
Keeping yourself educated of the supported products and technology as well as the applicable technical support tools.
