What You’ll be Doing:
As a Junior Workforce Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Resource Management and Operation functions by managing resource pools doing project assignments. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in "what we say and how we say it" leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.

On a typical day, you’ll:
Prepare staff profile report for all account projects in scope;
Maintain constantly time tracking process and update regularly in the respective platforms and systems. Ensure strict time tracking deadlines are met;
Weekly timesheet management – including reconciliation and validation of timesheets ensuring consistent data entry across consult to enable utilization reporting;
Execute and distribute reports containing alignment and trend forecast for deviations in tracked hours;
Generate monthly availability report and distribute through security;
Managesdocumentation and record-keeping processes. Responsible for appropriate maintenance, storage, and archival of this material;
Read, review, and prioritize manager's email to determine required action and keep volume manageable. Ensure continuous flow of email in and out of manager's office;
Support and implement continuous improvement of the process and systems. Propose innovative solutions or alternative approaches;
Optimize and take ownership of revenue generated by consultants through schedule management, timesheets, invoicing and internal cross charging.
