About the role
We are looking for Customer Support Advisors fluent in Danish, Dutch, German, Norwegian or Swedish to join an international customer support team.
You will provide voice-based customer support with basic technical assistance to professional customers, including psychologists, therapists, schools and universities.
Your responsibilities
Provide professional customer support by phone
Assist with accounts, orders, subscriptions and licensing
Help customers navigate digital platforms and resolve basic technical issues
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Escalate more complex issues when required
Requirements
Fluent in Danish
Good level of English
Previous Customer Service/Support experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail
Comfortable working with computer systems
What we offer
Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
Hybrid working model
4 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting onsite
After training: 3 days home office + 2 days office
