Capability Development Director- София
Описание
The Capability Development Leader owns the deployment of Capability Development learning programs and activities for their assigned geos, functions and partner with senior business leaders and business Human Resources to effectively grow/develop and mobilize talent to support our strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:
Owns analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of Capability Development related training initiatives including delivery of onsite and virtual classes, facilitating multiple / mixed-modality learning events (including mentoring sessions, workshops, focus groups, and others)
Develop, curate, revise and maintain training content/material design for assigned Capability Development Training Programs.
Partner with Site, Business, Function owners to ensure proper education and implementation of all learning initiatives.
Partners with Site/Program stakeholders (Service Delivery, etc.) on a closed loop feedback process to ensure/improve the effectiveness of training programs.
Evaluate content sources for assigned Capability Development Training Programs including third party content sources.
Ensure high completion rate for training programs through regular governance, marketing and regular communication, regular touch points with participants and stakeholders, etc.
Drive/Monitor, track, report certification of Program Participants.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the global training leader.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Skilled in needs, context & skills analysis, adult learning, facilitation, needs assessment and measuring impact of learning programs
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Philosophies
Knowledge of change theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment
Certifications in external programs and assessments is a plus (e.g. Insights Discovery, Team Diagnostics, Team coaching)
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and programs concurrently
Superb written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Possess strong planning and organizational skills, collaborative, professionalism, and initiative.
Strong work ethic, leadership/coaching skills, team building, and strong analytical skills

Education and Experience:
University degree or Equivalent Experience
Strong understanding of BPO operations
Min 2 years in a Supervisory role and/or exposure to leadership training is a must
Excellent English
Digital Literacy
Proficient in LMS and Talent Development technologies
