What we are looking for

Our partner is a well-known international company. They are the choice to the majority of global leaders of process equipment and device manufacturing within the semiconductor industry. Currently, they are opening their new service center in Bulgaria, and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:
Customer Success Specialist with German and English/ From SR Associate Professional - Finance Transformation Process - Accountant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sales order & Claims creation
Maintenance of customer portal
Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
MIS reporting as needed

The ideal candidate will display the following attributes:

Excellent command of German and English – B2 level or higher.
Previous experience in accounting and finance will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work based on facts with high flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PPT.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Energy and a drive to achieve high results.
