For our client – a Bulgarian trading company with over 20 years of history and a leading position in the market of high-quality medical equipment – we are looking for a Service Engineer to work with hospitals and clinical laboratories in Sofia and the region.

Open Position: Service Engineer


✅ Key Responsibilities:
Performing scheduled, preventative, and emergency repairs of specialized medical equipment.
Locating and rectifying malfunctions on-site at the client's premises.
Maintaining technical documentation, preparing reports and service protocols.
Training clients on the proper operation of equipment.
Participating in public procurement processes with technical information and documentation.
Working with ERP/CRM systems, participating in operational meetings and internal discussions.

✅ Requirements:
Engineering degree – Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and go on business trips.
