Invoice to Pay Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Invoice to Pay operations: Perform transactional ITP activities with limited supervision, including invoice processing, query handling, and data validation in line with agreed controls and procedures.
Customer and vendor support: Act as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, issues, and transactions.
Process collaboration: Work closely with other finance process teams, Solution Owners, and Process Owners to ensure smooth end-to-end ITP operations and strong cross-team collaboration.
Process expertise and improvements: Build solid knowledge of the company Invoice to Pay processes, identify inefficiencies, and actively suggest improvements to enhance workflows, tools, and procedures.
Quality, compliance, and documentation: Ensure accurate data in company systems, keep documentation up to date, and deliver services in compliance with global policies, internal controls, and legal requirements.
Knowledge sharing and transitions: Support the training of less experienced colleagues and participate in transition activities such as knowledge transfer, work shadowing, and process stabilization when applicable.

Requirements:
Experience working for a B2B international business dealing with multi-currency invoices ;
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in finance operations.
ERP experience or cloud-based finance systems and strong working knowledge of Google Workspace.
Understanding of continuous improvement and best practice;
