The possition is Sales and Solution Design professional

Key Requirements:

- 3 years experience in the field of direct sales or Key account role (Business to Business) and in specialized consultative sales;
- Relevant Degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bulgarian, other language it will be avdantage;
- Willingness to travel/drive extensively, working autonomously in a field based role, managing your own time;
- Ability to work in a cross-functional Team environment: Marketing, Sales and 3rd party service provider;
- Results and customer oriented professional, being able to work on own initiative;
- Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations;
- Excellent skills in using Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SAP by Design;

The main duties covered by the position are:

- Development, targeting, analysis, formulating the customer's needs;
- Act key point between the customer and the sales team;
- Providing support and assistance in using the system for the continuous improvement of the client's management activity, training additional staff as well as how to use all future functionalities of the system;
- Developing the competences of the Account Managers in order to be able to provide support in relationship with clients;
- Creating personalized presentations with the results of the analysis made for clients;
- Developing the competences of the Account Managers in order to be able to provide support in relationship with clients.
