Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of customer potential
• Acquisition of new customers and build up relationship with them
• Source new business through traditional methods including working with account Managers across the EMEA region
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention and development and take a consultative approach in delivering solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
• Present a professional company image to all customers at all times
• Assist with customer queries in a timely fashion
• Be responsible for commercial negotiations and pricing & profitability Enhancements
• Be responsible for sales and margin achievement according to the company target defined
• Provide timely and accurate business information, reporting and forecasting
• Liaise with Operations management teams to ensure new business requirements are planned with adequate resources available
• Pro-active communication is required. High volume of telephone sales
• Daily contact with the Head Quarter in Munich
• Ability to visit customers in Bulgaria to introduce Ingram Micro and present our solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

• Commercial knowledge and/or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of customer facing experience
• Strong knowledge in English, German is a strong advantage
• Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care
• Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended
• Moderate computer and MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving agility also required
• A customer driven approach and good customer management skills
• Effective time management skills
• Multi-task and respond to rapid change
• Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
• Ability to communicate with several levels of associates internally and externally in an accurate and professional manner
• The ability to meet and exceed targets for sales and profitability
• Willingness to travel
