Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Payment/Risk Agent, you will be at the heart of our client’s financial operations, ensuring secure and seamless transactions while minimizing risk exposure. Your role will include:

Processing account openings in line with KYC procedures and verification standards.
Monitoring and executing incoming/outgoing payments with precision and timeliness.
Verifying customer accounts and documents to detect and prevent fraud.
Analyzing transaction trends to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborating with customer support and compliance teams to resolve payment issues.
Staying current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Contributing to the development of risk management policies.
Preparing reports on payment activities and risk incidents for management.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and databases.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Fluent Ukrainian.
Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
