Our client is the most widely deployed enterprise security & IT incident response automation platform. The company with headquarters in California, provides actionable dashboards and process guidance for end-to-end and human-guided automations.

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Manager to drive the definition, strategy, and delivery of pre-built IT, network and security automation solutions for the company flagship IT Automation platform. The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You will work closely with the customers, sales engineers, developers, and professional services to define the packaged automation solution offerings and enable sales and marketing teams to message, launch and deliver the solution. You will be on the forefront of the latest industry trends bringing them together into one fluid workflow.

The role requires the candidate to understand how enterprise IT operations teams manage applications and infrastructure across compute, network and security teams. Direct or vendor experience with change, configuration and incident management is preferred. Knowledge of ITIL framework and hands on experience with management tools is highly desirable.

Relentless focus on customer success is paramount. Candidate must seek opportunities to engage customers in providing feedback, requirement definition and roadmap prioritization. The key to success in this role is ability to distill, articulate and complex processes into simpler user stories for engineering consumption.

You will:
• Work closely with customers, prospects, and Resolve technical teams to develop requirements, use cases and user stories for pre-built automation content used to automate the tasks, processes and procedures, handled by IT, network and security teams;
• Research market trends and work with customers to prioritize automation content and strategic integrations to be developed;
• Create and manage automation content product roadmap;
• Develop process to take automation content developed by Resolve and customers and to serve as a gatekeeper for new automation content;
• Develop and drive automation solution module descriptions, marketing messages and sales tools;
• Assist sales team in sales support including RFP responses, client requirements and market trends.

What you need to have in order to be successful:
• 2-5 years of product management or related experience required with IT infrastructure or enterprise products;
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills; can prepare written communication and convey information and concepts clearly and effectively;
• Broad knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure technologies across: network, server, database, applications, virtual machines, cloud services, storage, security, and management systems;
• Must understand how IT organizations perform the following processes: diagnose/resolve incidents, provision infrastructure and applications, handle service requests, handle change and configuration requests;
• Direct hands on experience working in IT, network support or operational role is big plus;
• Familiarity with key vendors for each technology area is important. Understand new technology trends and how they are evolving;
• Be able to translate and actualize client and market demands into product requirements;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interview and talk to customers to understand user requirements and use cases;
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and as part of a larger team; ability to influence and build consensus with stakeholders across engineering, marketing, sales, and management teams;
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, work independently, and problem solve, working comfortably under pressure;
• Must have strong analytical skills, be a strategic thinker, and able to balance between technology and business concepts;
• Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred.
