Our client is a company that trades in household goods. Due to the continuous growth of operations, we are looking for a an experienced and analytical Supply Planner to join the company Regional SEE Supply Chain Team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating sales forecasts into actionable supply plans that ensure optimal product availability across the market.
The position requires close collaboration with sales and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and streamline order fulfilment, making you a critical player in company’s regional operations.
Supply Planner:
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with sales forecasts and market demand for white goods in the subsidiary;
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order status to ensure timely availability of products at local warehouse and retail locations;
• Collaborate closely with sales and sales back-office teams to understand market trends, promotions, and customer priorities impacting demand;
• Coordinate with central supply chain to ensure seamless order processing and delivery;
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics such as fill rates, lead times, stock level targets, phase-out levels and Slow- & Non-Mover; implement corrective actions as needed;
• Support demand-supply reconciliation meetings to align plans and address potential supply risks or constraints;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, leveraging SAP reporting and analytics capabilities;
• Assist in new product launches and promotional campaigns by ensuring accurate supply forecasts and readiness;
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in a sales or distribution subsidiary environment;
• Strong experience with SAP modules relevant to supply planning (ECC, APO) and inventory management;
• Good understanding of demand forecasting, MRP, inventory optimization, and supply chain coordination;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP reporting tools is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with sales, logistics, and central planning and transportation teams;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written, at B2/C1 level);
• Team player with positive life and personal attitude;
