Regarding the advancement of our company's operations, we are seeking a motivated, responsible and long-term oriented person for the position of:

Junior Financial Controller

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be leading the Finance division of the store and be responsible and accountable for:
Identifying and evaluating business opportunities to enable the store to make optimum decisions;
Securing the legal and fiscal compliance of the store operations concerning bookkeeping and accounting;
Supporting all store functions to improve their performance – preparing ad-hoc reports and business analysis, supporting and coordinating the forecast and budget process;
Preparing and Supervising the Annual Store Budget;
Preparing and Supervising the Budget revisions twice per year;
Preparing, following-up and validating the Store monthly P&L statements;
Monitoring & following up all operating costs & P&L elements of the store;
Securing that the store follows the financial routines so that the management, business steering and follow up processes of all departments in the store are efficient;
Ensuring that all managers with budget responsibility are trained in understanding and monitoring financial reports in order to be able to carry their responsibilities.
Your profile:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, including controlling and financial analyses, ideally in the high volume retail sector;
BSc or MSc in Finance or Business Controlling;
Fluent command of the English language;
Excellent use of MS Office, especially MS Excel;
Previous use and very good knowledge of SAP, Qlikview, Navision will be highly appreciated;
Analytical and numerical abilities;
Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills and team oriented personality;
Results oriented, initiative taking and problem solving skills;
Team leading, good communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience of adapting to different styles of working to get the best out of all the team (situational leadership).
