On behalf of our client, who is an international production enterprise, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced candidate for the position of

Head of Customs Service

Your new role – challenging and future oriented:

- Plan, organize, lead and control the logistics and administrative service of the company;
- Responsible for the accurate and proper customs clearance of transactions;
- Responsible for accurate documentation of logistics schemes;
- Responsible for the optimal organization of in-house logistics;
- Responsible for the movement of goods, incl. tracking and successfully completing logistical schemes with third countries / recipients;
- Responsible for the overall coordination, organization, control and performance of the team you manage;
- Responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating work with third parties as well as with the internal divisions that are part of the transactions;
- Responsible for the accuracy of the reports and information;
- Responsible for the information entered in SAP R/3.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:

- Prior experience on a relevant position – at least 3 years;
- Prior experience in managing a few people;
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Economics;
- Good understanding of the Customs laws;
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows;
- Very good English language communication skills – both verbal and written;
- Driving license – B category;
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines;
- Proactive & result-oriented team-player.
