Marketing Budget Manager

As the Marketing Budget Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our marketing budget management system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business needs. This position requires a deep understanding of budget management functionality, as well as the ability to contribute strategic insights for its continuous improvement.
This role requires a candidate who not only possesses technical proficiency in the marketing budget management system but also has a strategic mindset to align the system with business goals effectively. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how the marketing budget system contributes to our marketing and business success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Oversee Operations:

Supervise day-to-day operations for optimal Greenhouse System performance
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in compliance with standards
Configuration and customization, tailored to business needs:

Configure and customize the system to meet evolving business requirements.
Generate comprehensive reports for valuable insights
Integration and Efficiency:

Collaborate for seamless integration with systems like Salesforce and Concur
Actively use RPA features for enhanced process efficiency
MDF and PRF Approval, Approval Process Management:

Manage the approval process for MDF and PRF within the system
Ensure compliance with company policies for requests
Training and Documentation, user proficiency:

Develop training programs for proficient system usage
Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations and best practices
Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on system updates and industry best practices
Identify opportunities for enhancements and automation proactively
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Experience:

Proven experience in the marketing budget system or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the marketing budget system functionalities and configurations ( Allocadia, MARMIND, Aprimo)
Familiar with RPA technology (writing scripts)
Familiarity with marketing and budgeting processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into marketing budget system enhancements
Excellent English skills

Skills:

Generating and interpreting reports within the marketing budget system
Understanding of key marketing metrics for reporting
Maintaining comprehensive documentation on configurations and processes
Understanding of marketing and budgeting processes for effective customization
Aligning the marketing budget system with overall business and marketing strategies
Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
Effective communication with cross-functional teams
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements
Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
