Procurement Specialist with English and French/Italian/German/Spanish

Your Role and Responsibilities
The mission of Procurement is to support its clients by offering the best value of goods and services for customer’s needs. In the e2e supply chain process the Procurement Squad for Invoicing Solutions (PSIS) is the face of Accounts Payable and each team member is handling invoicing related queries from internal clients and suppliers providing regular update and follow up until resolution. This is an area of transformation in IBM, requiring an analytical approach to every task and the desire to optimize processes in view of applying automation to increase client satisfaction.

Provide assistance to clients and IBM suppliers on invoicing questions, such as invoice status and payment date;
Investigate/analyze the reason for a rejected invoice;
Follow up on invoices pending with AP to be processed
Payment related queries;
Purchase order status information;
Supplier details clarification in relation to Invoice resolution;
Supplier maintenance related to blocked invoices;
Expedite payment and paper exception requests due to the technical issues;
Resolve cases of blocked invoices;
Direct clients to the right owner within IBM Procurement;

You will have communication relations with: IBM internal clients, IBM suppliers, internal teams such as Accounts Payable, technical teams and with your colleagues and management line.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Fluency in English;
Fluency in French, German, Italian or Spanish;
You should have excellent communication skills;
Solutions-oriented approach with focus on details is needed;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business related filed;
Technical skills in MS office and ERP system;
Previous relevant experience preferably in Supply chain;
